What is the delivery time for my order?

During the week, you can expect your phone to ring within 48hours to arrange the date and time for delivery. Thank you for allowing us some more time for weekend purchases.

When we contact you, we can schedule the delivery of the object together.

Please be aware that somebody needs to be at the delivery address to receive the object.

If not, the cost for a second delivery is at the buyer’s expense.

Who will deliver the object?

For delivery of objects, we work together with a with a trustworthy partner, who will collect the object at the pick-up location and deliver it to the delivery address.

Please be aware that our partner delivers the object to the ground floor.

If you live on a floor, you are responsible for moving the object on a floor yourself. Another option is to pay a surcharge. You can discuss this with Immodôme Objects.

What are the shipping costs?

In Belgium and the Netherlands, the shipping cost depends on the price of the object.

Up to 4000 EUR the transport costs are 250 EUR, anything above 4000 EUR is 350 EUR transport costs.

Shipping to other countries, will need to be arranged by the buyer. You can select “Pick-up” the object and arrange for a delivery company to collect the object.

When can I pick-up my order?

What is the cost for pick-up?

There is no cost linked to the pick-up of object.
